Parting off and grooving MirconaACT offers a range of parting off and grooving tools covering small to large operations.

Mircona AB, Sweden manufacture the worlds biggest single range of parting off and grooving tools.

These range from 2mm – 12mm wide using mechanically clamped and integral designed tool holders to maximise ridgity.

This unrivalled design strength allows Mircona to offer a 3mm wide solid tool holder with the ability to part off a 70mm bar to centre.

Microcut parting off  grooving toolsFor smaller parting off operations, ACT also manufacture in the UK the patented ACT2.2 and Microcut systems.

Parting off widths 0.5mm wide – 2.2mm wide are available from stock.

A variety of widths and geometries are offered, to suit different materials and specific requirements.
