UK launch for Nine9 at Mach2008

Advanced Carbide Tooling presented the dynamic new range of Nine9 tooling at the recent Mach2008 Exhibition.

Nine9 include tooling solutions for spotting, centering, chamfering & engraving tools from CNC lathes and Machining Centres. Indexable inserts are use for all the operations making regrinding a costly operation of the past.

Speeds and feeds are also quicker offering the customer much improved production costs.

Supporting the Nine9 range Chamfer/spotting tools were two ranges of indexable carbide drills.

The ‘power drill’ range starts at just 10mm diameter (with 4 sided inserts for cost effectiveness), whilst the ‘Super Power’ drill offers a range of off the shelf drills capable of 10x diameter drilled holes.

Also on show on the ACT stand were parting off & grooving tools covering very small parting off to very deep grooving applications.
